The personal
I’m a wife and a mom to the two cutest humans (its true, I’m not biased). We moved to Virginia with no plans but free hearts; knowing we wanted to hike and enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains. I love cooking fun meals and hosting friends. I drink way more black coffee than I should. I’m an introvert, enneagram 9. I lived in Montreal for 6 years and have a special place in my heart for the French language and Quebecois culture. Plus, give me allll the French pastries. My husband Chris and I own and operate Sweet Jane’s Kitchen
The professional
I’ve been a photographer for 15 years. I started mainly with film and for years had a darkroom set up in my house where I’d print all my own photos (and the goal is to build a permanent darkroom!). Over the years I have shot individuals and families, weddings and events. I have taught photography to both children and adults and my work has been exhibited in Jackson, MS, Charlotte, NC and Montreal, Canada.
